Our scrunch, ribbed, and terry check colorways fit slightly different than our signature buttery soft fabric, offering more support due to its tighter fabrication. This results in a more snug fit, so some people choose to size up in these fabrics

Our Bodywear pieces are designed to be intimates, and while they can double as swim there’s some things to keep in mind! MAI was started because of a desire to wear your favourite bikini every day. ❤️ We chose our fabric to feel soft and light on your skin so that it’s way more comfortable to do so! This means some of the lighter prints and colors can become sheer when wet. If you do want to swim in your Mai and are concerned about coverage we would recommend choosing darker prints and colors, or doubling up with Taupe! To extend the length of your garments:

  • Avoid wearing MAI in overly chlorinated water - if you do, rinse and wash immediately afterwards 
  • Hand wash with a gentle soap in cold water, hang to dry in shade
  • Keep away from rough surfaces, lotions, and sunscreens
  • Suits should be worn with care and not overly stretched
